How does Local Pickup work?

- Please select local pickup at the first stage of checkout. You will receive an order ready notification once we have fulfilled your items; in most cases, this will be right away, but can take up to 24 hours. (please be sure to check your other/promo folder for email notifications).  Please wait for your order ready notification before coming to get your order. Please use the local P/U bin out front.

Do you accept returns?

- Yes, please return your unused items to the address on your invoice.

How much is shipping?

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 1 disc/8 oz item is $4.55 while 2 discs/15 oz is $6.70. Orders of 3+ discs or orders that fall within that weight criteria max out at $8.95 for shipping; Please note that international shipping charges vary and are calculated at checkout.

When will my order be processed/shipped?

- In most cases, we process/ship orders same day. We pride ourselves on being an industry leader on order fulfillment time.
